Quality Plan
Our quality control plan involves all stakeholders from the project design stage to the commissioning stage. It runs through processes from the artisan carrying out the job, the workshop foreman, to the Quality Controller, with checks at every stage of manufacture to ensure quality is adhered to. A certificate is produced to be signed by the client on approval of the quality.
Safety Health and Environmental Policy
BOLTREC is in the business of providing engineering services such as designing, fabrication, welding of structural steel products, machine shop, labour-hire, crane hire, hydraulic hose crimping services, manufacturing of conveyor roller products, hammer mills and ball mills. We are an authorized distributor of BOC gasses and we also do plastic welding on HDPE pipes.
Our Vision: BOLTREC Engineering is committed to managing Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) matters as an integral part of our operations.
Our Objective: To promote, maintain and achieve Zero accidents/incidents, cases of ill-health and Environmental incidents as a result of our operations or processes.
We will review our Safety Health and Environmental Policy on an annual basis:
