We provide detailed Project Planning with close liaison with the client and planning team to optimise planning outcomes, a safe and quality execution of the project, post project review and reporting with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvements and detailed reporting for accounting purposes. The relining of grinding mills is a speciality of our teams and have vast experience on all types of Mills and Lining systems. We are also able to undertake rubber repairs and shell repairs. Our team has worked on ball mills, rod mills, semi-autogenous (SAG) mills and autogenous mills.
Further, Boltrec has a structured training programme in place for our reline personnel. Training modules include: On-the-Job Inductions, working in confined spaces, working at heights, management and supervision, risk assessment, torqueing of bolts and liner handler operations.
